What Are Your Shipping Options?

Delivery or pick up from the Sydney store only.

Do You Have A Minimum Order Quantity?

We do not have a minimum quantity. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all orders within Australia. Free shipping applies to orders of 12 bottles or more. Wines can be ordered in mixed or straight dozen lots.

How Do I Know My Order Is Confirmed?

You should receive an email confirming the availability of your order.

What Payment Types Do You Accept Online?

Payments are secured via the eWAY / PayPal platforms.

  • Credit Cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Paypal
  • Alipay

How Do I Change My Order After Purchasing?

Please email or call the shop immediately. We can only make changes before the order leave the store or warehouse only. No changes (or cancellation) is allowed beyond this point.

What Is Your Return Or Exchange Policy?

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: a) has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, b) is unsafe, c) is significantly different from the description.

 In the event that a product which you ordered is damaged during delivery:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible. 
  • Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging 
  • and other items which you received with the damaged product. 
  • We will organise to collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, or to provide a refund, provided that you
  • contact us within 48 hours of from the date you received the product.

How Do I Know It Is Safe To Shop With You?

We value your privacy and personal online security. We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested. Our payment gateways are eWAY and PayPal are tier-one PCI DSS compliant.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery is up to 2 working days in NSW, VIC, ACT and some parts of QLD. Please allow extra days for delivery to SA, TAS and rural area. Delivery to WA, NT and far north QLD may take up to 8 working days.

Do You Offer Same Day Delivery?

Please contact the shop for arrangement as some of the products could be limited and rare.

Where Can You Deliver To?

We deliver to Australia-wide only.

What If I Am Not Home When My Order Arrives?

The delivery service we used will leave a missed delivery card with details on how to rearrange for delivery. We can not leave the delivery unattended or received by person under 18 year of age.
