Our Story
Founded in Sydney in 2003, SOC introduced one of the first directly sourced Moutai shipments to Australia. From day one, we’ve asked a simple question: in a country that celebrates great spirits, how can baijiu be better understood and enjoyed?
We travel to distilleries, study production and terroir, and hand-select every bottle against strict standards for authenticity, craftsmanship, and cultural significance. Today, SOC curates an assured portfolio for collectors, hosts, and the baijiu‑curious across Australia and New Zealand.
